The Goals and Objectives

The strategic goals for Empower Music under the direction of CJ Huyer and Jennifer Mercer, Empower Talent is to develop the artist and help prepare them for a potential career in the music industry/ entertainment industry.

Artist Goals

Our goal is to customize training and development for individual artists to prepare them for the following: release to radio/ record deal/ management deal/ publishing deal. This could take longer then the initial term of the contract.

Entertainment Industry

The Entertainment Industry shall include, without limitation, all services, activities and rights in such areas as audio /audio visual, audio recordings and reproductions, motion pictures, television, videos, radio, transcripts, public or private appearances, concerts, road shows, tours, hotel, restaurant, any and all live performances, music, publishing, rights and engagements, modelling, ratio and television, commercials, merchandise, endorsements and tie ins the sale , lease of other disposition or distribution of musical lyrics, dramatic or other creative content. now over hereafter known in which the artist participates and from which the artist derives compensation directly or indirectly.

CJ Huyer has vast knowledge and over 25 years experience working in all aspects of the music industry. As a member of the boy band 3 deep, CJ toured internationally. Since then, CJ has spent his music career managing artists, in VIP, publishing and in music development.
